WHY WHY WHY do people change jobs?
Maybe they dont feel nice about this place, they dont get along with the Boss, they dont get the needed support, no career advancements and compensation ofcourse.
But what are they looking for @ work? What actually constitutes the "IDEAL" work environment?
Before I Google for expert comments.....
- You are given enough autonomy and are encouraged in your current job
- You have pleasant and cooperative team members
- The Team encourage new ideas @ work and supports the implementation
- And you have all you need to do your work
Aur kya chahiye...
